Tomato Salad With Sardines
Main Ingredients:
- 1 small bowl lettuce Mesclum or baby romaine
- 1 small potato
- ¼ red pepper
- ¼ green pepper
- 1 tbsp Ayam Brand™ Sweet Corn
- ½ sprig celery
- 1 Japanese cucumber
- 1 can Ayam Brand™ Sardines in Tomato Sauce 230g
Dressing:
- Olive oil
- Salad vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Cutting
- Wash all the vegetables.
- Dice or cut in strips the vegetables, remove the seeds from the peppers.
Mixing
- Mix all the ingredients in a large and round mixing bowl, put the olive oil, vinegar and a bit of salt.
- Toss the mix.
- Do not press it to give a volume in your salad for the presentation.
Presentation
- Arrange the sardines on top of the salad and top up with tomato sauce to your taste.
