Saba Burger
Main Ingredients:
- 1 can Ayam Brand Saba Chilli, drained
- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ⅓ cup minced onion
- ¼ cup minced celery
- ¼ cup minced red bell pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 4 burger buns
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 4 large leaves of lettuce
Preparation:
- Mix the saba, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, red bell pepper, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce and shape into 3-4 patties.
- Chill them in the fridge for about 40 minutes for easier handling.
- Take out from the fridge, heat a skillet with a bit of cooking oil, and grill the patties for about 2 minutes on each side on medium heat.
- Construct your burger with toasted burger buns, some tomatoes, lettuce, and your choice sauce.
