Ayam Masak Lemak Cili Padi

Ingredients
800g Chicken
Ayam Brand Masak Lemak Cili Padi Paste 180g
Ayam Brand Coconut milk 400ml
Water 400ml
Lemongrass 3 stalk, crushed
Tumeric Leaves 3 pcs, thinly sliced
3 potato, diced

Cooking instruction
1.Add water, add Masak Lemak Paste and crushed lemongrass into apot.
2.Then, add the chicken and potato
3.Bring it to boil and cover the pot. Cook on with medium heat untilchicken has cooked and potato soften cooked.
4.Add in coconut milk and turmeric leaf that has been thinly sliced.Cook until the sauce thickens.
